LuLai Garden in Milpitas has closed.

Que seRaw seRaw, a raw to-go foods restaurants in Burlingame, closed on Thanksgiving and will remain closed through mid to late January for an extended holiday.

Micico Mambo is a cruelty-free boutique and shoe store that just opened in the Lake Merrit area of Oakland. Close to the theater.

The 3rd Sunday Sundaes & Advocacy event had its last letter writing part for 2007 earlier this month. It will be on a break until it returns in January. Mark your calendars for Sunday, January 20th, and join us for a delicious vegan sundae while we do the write thing for the animals.

Hosted by George. In recent years, it’s been at New World but this year moving to Manzanita Restaurant (organic, macrobiotic foods — and a buffet!!).

If you’re interested in hosting a Bay Area Veg Thanksgiving event in your community, but haven’t contacted me yet, there is still time! This can be Vegan Food Party style, or a dinner at your favorite restaurant. As you can see, celebrations on the weekend before Thanksgiving or the day itself are both fine.
