Notes: This pho restaurant sets itself apart with a separate section on its menu labelled Vegetarian (but really it's all vegan) and a new Vegan Menu, that calls out no MSG is used. The vegan selections include fried and fresh rolls, soups, salad, noodle dishes, vegetable dishes, and your choice of vegan meat or tofu. They can also make their pearl shakes vegan, just ask.

5 out of 5 stars We went last night to sample some of their vegan options and it was SO fresh, delicious, and beautiful! The quantity was a lot and most of us couldn't finish and took leftovers home. The noodles and the veggies were awesome and so thankful and happy that there's a dedicated vegan menu! Thank you for offering this to the VJO community I highly recommend their food and the restaurant is clean, mod Sahra

4 out of 5 stars Delicious food, generous servings, friendly & quick service. Both times asked for steamed tofu instead of fried tofu, even in lieu of the vegan chicken, and they were very accomodating. Good option when you have non-vegan family to dine with. tammy
