Bay Area Vegetarians (BAVeg) is a San Francisco Bay Area wide group for vegan, vegetarian and animal rights folks to connect and find support with like-minded folks. We invite you to be an active part of our community.
We're open to new leaders and volunteers to help us promote compassion to animals and veganism. If you've got a wonderful idea, we want to hear from you! Don't be shy, and don't worry if you've never done it before, as that's true for many of us.
We are a 100% volunteer, no fees, plant-powered organization with over 4,000 members throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

"I had an excellent lunch here today with my omnivore father. He loved the faux chicken special, and I liked my noodles a lot too. He's ready to go back for more! The manager/host was very friendly; service was a little off today. If you like Golden Era or Golden Lotus you will be happy here too."
