Bay Area Vegetarians (BAVeg) is a San Francisco Bay Area wide group for vegan, vegetarian and animal rights folks to connect and find support with like-minded folks. We invite you to be an active part of our community.
We're open to new leaders and volunteers to help us promote compassion to animals and veganism. If you've got a wonderful idea, we want to hear from you! Don't be shy, and don't worry if you've never done it before, as that's true for many of us.
We are a 100% volunteer, no fees, plant-powered organization with over 4,000 members throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

"A friend and I split the Everything Platter. Everything was very tasty. My favorites were the Southern Fried Tofu and the Potato Salad, but it was really hard to choose. The Cornbread was excellent, also. Then I had Sweet Potato Pie for dessert, and that was the ultimate - so sweet and creamy, the best I've ever had. I'd go back there any time I was in the area. The server was very friendly."
