Bay Area Vegetarians (BAVeg) is a San Francisco Bay Area wide group for vegan, vegetarian and animal rights folks to connect and find support with like-minded folks. We invite you to be an active part of our community.
We're open to new leaders and volunteers to help us promote compassion to animals and veganism. If you've got a wonderful idea, we want to hear from you! Don't be shy, and don't worry if you've never done it before, as that's true for many of us.
We are a 100% volunteer, no fees, plant-powered organization with over 4,000 members throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

"Without advertising the very popular "chain" restaurant in just 2 weeks is very busy. Like Lucky Creation, most of the workers, including the chef are not vegetarian. The SPICY soup will light a fire thru your nose. I wasn't able to handle that. Wish the price was a tad cheaper. $10 for a Thali meal/lunch and dinner prices. Good to see many people eating a veg meal there"
