Good spot for a quick meal when you are in a hurry. They can help you order vegan by substituting various items and they are always very nice about it. The thai wrap is great (with tofu instead of chicken) as is the mediteraneo burrito (without cheese). Like the salsa bar. | ![]() Reviews: 17 |

I love La Cascada. The produce is fresh, they know what vegan is and are happy to be accomodating, and their burritos are creative. Even if something isn't vegan (the thai burrito, for example) they'll sub out meat for tofu OR extra veggies if you ask. | cinnazimt Reviews: 20 |

I had the burrito with beans, rice and veges today. It was tasty and healthy since I had them leave off the cheese. Several vegan options are available if you leave off cheese and/or yogurt. The service was friendly and quick. A good vegan mexican option, conveniently located near campus. Preferable to Baja Fresh, where the burrito tortillas are not vegan (theirs contain milk). | ![]() Reviews: 133 |
