5 out of 5 stars This is a one-woman operation, Jean makes all the smoothies and hot menu items (13 vegan choices) by hand and is dedicated to organic. Delicious hot soup and veggie plates. She's still got 37+ smoothies but recently replaced her wheat grass & natural juicers with a Pink Berry organic yogurt machine b/c not enough people were buying the wheat grass, etc. Let's go HealthNuts, bring the juices back! calicokitten
