4.5 out of 5 stars While the restaurant menu is mixed, it is very clear they care strongly about veg*n food. When I asked about butter in an item, the host said "no butter or ghee" and asked if I was vegan. How often does that happen at an Indian restaurant? The food we had was very flavorful but not hot, and my omnivore friends were also quite pleased with their choices. I'm going back soon to try the lunch buffet. greg
