Original Event Notes: Wanted: Veganauts
Mission: To explore, celebrate and share vegan food with new and old friends at vegetarian restaurants throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
Please join Veganauts for the expedition to San Mateo to explore the raw, organic and vegan flora at Cafe Soulstice.
Cafe Soulstice is a creation of Elaina Love. Her cafe is mostly vegan; the exception is raw honey. Her living foods classes and recipes have been sought after for quite a while now. The cafe is about 90% raw, 10% steamed rice/quinoa/grains. Elaina's pizzas, salads, drinks, pates, and desserts are all outstanding. It is worth a trip any day of the week.
