Bay Area Vegetarians (BAVeg) is a San Francisco Bay Area wide group for vegan, vegetarian and animal rights folks to connect and find support with like-minded folks. We invite you to be an active part of our community.
We're open to new leaders and volunteers to help us promote compassion to animals and veganism. If you've got a wonderful idea, we want to hear from you! Don't be shy, and don't worry if you've never done it before, as that's true for many of us.
We are a 100% volunteer, no fees, plant-powered organization with over 4,000 members throughout the Bay Area and beyond.

"Had lunch here. Great decor/ambience. Awesome food, seasoned to perfection. Between my husband and I, we had the spicy potatoes, brocolli and tofu, gado gado, eggplant with soy chunks, columbo something. Everything was excellent. Huge portions for the price ($7.50 for 4 items + white or brown rice)"
