Kombucha is a curiously tart, sparkling fermented beverage. It has an ancient tradition, and has become very popular in recent years because of its power to energize and detoxify the body. Parents will love the way kombucha offers a healthy alternative to soda.
In this class for beginners, you will learn all the secrets of how professionals make their own kombucha. You will learn basic recipes and get to taste a variety of flavors. This class will be one hour, part of the East Bay Raw Food Meet-Up. Raw Daddy will be offering his delicious cones for dinner.
