|By all means if you're after a delicious and quick comfort meal, this is a great place to go. The owner was a very friendly personable fellow too. Enjoyed the chat and the spinach pie and the very nice black bean soup. Next time I'm out there from Elvis land - I'll drop in again. Thanks BA Veg for the great resource.||denniso
|Delicious vegan soup + yummy savory pies. Recommend the black bean veggie + curry yam potato. Had 2 pies + soup for $8.65||tammy
|Tasty little savory pies and soup. Went late in the evening right before closing, and the owner gave us free soup, which honestly was even better than the pies.||Becca
|GREAT vegan pasties: curried yam, eggplant-olive, black bean-vegetable (plus more). Tender crusts, fresh hot fillings. Good prices. Soups are always vegan and they were delish. No vegan desserts available, but still an excellent deal in the financial district! Fast service, very clean, friendly veg owner.||MyshkinIsPerfect
|LOVED IT. They serve hot, hand-held VEGAN savory pies! I was so hungry, I got 3! Spicy eggplant/olive/tomato; curry/potato/yam, and curry/garbanzo/yam. ALL WERE DELISH!!! You can order 12 pies in advance to bring for parties for like $34. YUMMY! Note: this business sells PEASANT STREET PIES and brings them to the Financial District; nothing is baked on site. They also serve veg pies w/ cheese.||calicokitten
|This is a wonderful addition to the financial district. I had their soup and pie special, and the soup was amazing -- an organic vegan carrot cashew soup. Good service and lots of vegan savory pie options.||eperkins
