Notes: Deep Tissue, Sports, and Swedish Massage for relief from pain caused by overworking and over training, massage for specific conditions caused by injury, posture, or movement patterns, and wellness massage for long term body maintenance. Prenatal(pregnancy) massage is available as well. Treatment for your immediate problems is given together with guidance for long term care. Focused deep pressure is combined with facilitated movement, stretching, and relaxation techniques. At the beginning of each session your goals are discussed and the treatment is customized to help you achieve them. If you are vegetarian, let me know in advance and I'll try to have some of my awesome vegan cookies for you.
