Notes: Located in a sprawling suburban plaza. Extremely busy at lunchtime everyday. Vegan offerings include tofu banh mi, tofu vermicelli, veggie cold rolls and veg Vietnamese crepe. When I said "hold the mayo" on the banh mi, the cashier said "there is no mayo, it's vegetarian" :)
