Hi! I'm the easy going vegan housemate you are looking for!
Here's the situation: I am currently renting a large spacious flat in the Outer Richmond of S.F. and my current roommates are moving out!! I've always dreamed of living with all vegan/vegetarian housemates so now is finally the time to make that transition to an all veg*n household! I must admit it's been rather difficult to find any housemates at all (barely any replies on craigslist) therefore I am also possibly looking to move to another house/flat/apt with one or two other people either in SF maybe East Bay or Peninsula if they are easily accessible to public transit.
If you are interested in renting with me at my current place here is a little info about it:
Outer Richmond second story flat with ample living space. There are 2 official bedrooms (which I occupy one of), one office space, a living room and another large room which has been converted into a master bedroom. I'm looking for either one or two housemates for this place so rent will depend on how many housemates there are. For two housemates there is a “master bedroom” ($700) and a bedroom ($600). Also a private secure garage ($100) is available. Alternatively if there is only one other housemate the rent will be about $1050.
The master bedroom is large (about 12x14) with lots of morning light. The flat has one bathroom that would be shared among all. There is also a shared kitchen, dining space, living room/tv room and a small backroom that is temporarily being used as storage (but has a lot of potential!). The rooms are all carpeted, gas stove, no on-site laundry but the Laundromat is just across the street.
Utilities are not included in the rent and are split evenly among housemates. Utilities include wireless dsl, cable, local phone line, pg&e, trash and water.
Deposit is a month and half of your rent. An application and credit check is required by the landlord/property manager. Available June 1st.
If you are interested in moving to another house/flat/apt with me (& along with maybe another housemate):
2 or 3 bedroom, spacious, decent size kitchen, easily accessible to public transit that goes downtown/financial district. Allows cats.
For a house shared with one other person I would be willing to pay as much as $1000 in rent. Split utilities including wireless internet would be ideal.
About me:
Female in late 20’s, working professional in the Financial District. I'm generally quiet, easy going, clean, vegan and enjoy cooking. Work M-F and usually only home in the evenings, also enjoy live music, art, photography and a drama free environment. I use “green” cleaning products and eat mostly organic foods, and enjoy going to farmers markets for the fresh veggies. I like being social and we can always go out to eat or watch tv/movies but it’s not a requirement of you! I don’t bring the party home, but a house guest once in awhile is not a problem with notice if they will stay longer than a night/weekend. I also have 2 friendly cats that co-habitat with me
Please message or email me (digiyesica[at]yahoo[dot]com) me if you are interested! Thanks! |
