Hi,

I am looking for a roommate (female preferred) who is considerate, reliable, tidy, and easy-going. My house is small (1,200 sq.ft.), but very cute, 2 bed, 1.5 bath, and has a lot of charm (built 1958).

Rent includes utilities (water, PG&E, garbage, cable internet). Street parking, nice quiet neighborhood, limited storage space. Nice back yard and gardening space. Month-to-month is fine.

I am 42, am a vegan, and work as a writer and nutrition coach from home. I don't watch TV but do watch movies/Netflix here and there. Would like to find someone who I click with and enjoy talking to, who is driven and somewhat happy with their life.

Would prefer if you worked outside the home since I am here most of the time, but this is a little flexible. I have one cat and may consider an additional pet if it's fairly mild mannered (my cat is a bit shy and skittish). I am gone 1 to 2 nights a week at my boyfriend's house as well.
