Hello all! 
I'm Lauren and I'm a 16 year old at San Ramon Valley High School in Danville. For a recent English project, we were asked to research a topic that is really interesting to us and to interview two people considered "experts" in the field. I, being really interested in food and diet, chose vegetarianism and veganism, and after learning a lot about its health and environmental benefits and also the ethics behind it, am starting to see the light and have already gone vegetarian myself.
On that note, I'd really like to interview someone who has been a vegetarian for some time about their reasons, their lifestyle, and all that stuff. If anyone is comfortable with being interviewed, has around an hour of time on their hands, and wants to be interviewed, I would really appreciate it to help provide me some insight and guidance in my life.
