Vegan or vegetarian sublet Nov 8 to Feb 8 :
Furnished 1 Bedroom apartment in secure building two blocks from Lake Merritt. Apartment has an outdoor patio, open kitchen, in-building laundry and responsive onsite manager. Rent is $1050, may go up to to $1080 in Jan. If you would like to use the covered garage space, we can negotiate parking (as I'll have to find storage for my car).
I'm a vegan who is travelling for 3 months. Happily use my cookware to make vegan meals. THis location is great for lake walking, close to Michio Mambo, the PETA office, public transport and casual carpool, downtown Oakland. There is a possibility that the apt could be available Nov 1 also.
