Animal Place is a wonderful organization that rescues farm animals from abuse and neglect. They are located in Vacaville but are moving to Grass Valley. They need a larger space because the land they have now is over grazed, there is lack of space, and the weather here is taking it's toll out on the animals. With this new land they can rescue more animals.
So we the Bay Area Veg Group would like to host a fundraiser to raise much needed funds so the Animal Place can put a nice downpayment on the land in Grass Valley.
Please come for tasty vegan pizza, an all vegan boutique where you can purchase awesome handmade vegan items and a chance to win some fabulous vegan prizes! 100% of sales goes to the Animal Place!
And if this is not enough for you, our good friends from Animal Place will be around to show you an exciting slide show about the animals at the sanctuary.
This is a preliminary RSVP to gauge interest around the date.
Cost will be $20 per person. You will enjoy 2 slices of pizza and 1 drink for the entry fee plus be entered to win a set of dishes by Vegan Dish, a $60 value!
