|I'm working on an article about mock meats (aka "faux meat," "imitation meat" or "meat substitute"). I know a lot of people who like mock meats, whether it's in a restaurant like Bok Choy Garden or making seitan loaf at home. But I'd appreciate hearing from anyone with a distaste for it. Do you not like it because of ethical reasons (eating something meant to look and taste like chicken)? Do you not like the flavor or texture?
