The inspiration for this forum was a recent camping trip to Butano State Park filled with delicious, freshly-cooked foods that was absolutely delicious and totally inspired by everyone's commitment to good food. It reminded me that often when vegans meet non-vegans, they can't imagine living without eating animals (or enjoying food without eating animals).

So, that inspiration and camaraderie that we shared in a weekend of good food, I wanted to replicate and continue here online with all of you. You are welcome to start a new topic within the forum and share with us on a regular basis what vegan foods you're eating. Or just chat and provide suggestions to others.

I truly believe veganism is the most peaceful and compassionate lifestyle possible, and would enjoy connecting with other like-minded individuals commited to living their life in that same manner.
