We are the Bay Area Vegetarians Vegan Book Club, the first/original book club of Bay Area Vegetarians. We started meeting in January of 2006 and our plan is to meet 8 times a year to discuss books (mostly novels and occasionally interesting nonfiction or other types of books) over a vegan meal or snack. Our plan is to meet on Sundays, usually for an early dinner at 5:00.
We're currently a full group, but if you have interest in a specifc meeting, we will put you on a waiting list for that meeting in the event of cancellations or people leaving the group.

So, if you love to read and enjoy eating vegan food, and would like to be part of an interesting and supportive group of people, consider forming a Bay Area Vegetarians book club branch of your own, or get on a wait list for one of our meetings.
If you have questions, you can check out the website www.bayareaveg.org/forum/ and go to the book club link, or you can check out the Bay Area Vegetarians calendar and from there RSVP.
