Huge Room $725/Outer Richmond Available for Vegan Female

We live in the Outer Richmond, 13 blocks from the ocean and three blocks from Golden Gate Park. The room that is available has a hardwood floor, and is huge; it's approximately 35 by 20 feet. Your rent would be $725.00 per month. Move in cost would be first month and last months rent and $200 cleaning deposit. The room has two large windows that let in a lot of light. We have a small kitchen, cozy living room, bathroom with tub/shower, and washer and dryer. We also have a fenced in backyard and patio.

Currently there are two housemates who are both female, vegan and in their 20's. They both love to cook and eat yummy vegan food. One of the housemate's in a grad student and spends a lot of time working on schoolwork (mostly related to Expressive Arts Therapy). The other housemate, works as a supervisor at a restaurant, and is very into urban gardening. She is working on planting some raised veggie beds in our backyard!

There are two fuzzy housemates as well, Sierra and Usha; they are both very cute and friendly dogs; Sierra is a Siberian husky and Usha is a lab/Sheppard/husky mix.

We would appreciate if our future housemate had the following characteristics:
1. Female
2. Vegan
3. Mid-late 20's
4. Non-smoking (Not 420 or cigarette friendly) (One of the housemates has asthma and can not breathe when there is smoking in or around the house).
5. Tidy and Clean (willing to help with cleaning the house on a weekly basis).
6. Falls asleep or is very quiet after 11:00 pm. on weekdays (may sound odd, but a past housemate was up until 3:00 am frequently!)
7. Listens to music and watches movies with the volume at a respectful level (a former housemate would play music and movies at high volumes and the grad student found it difficult to study and to sleep).

We are simply trying to find someone who will mesh well with our life styles, so that everyone who lives in the house feels at home.
