Vegan Housemate Needed for Outer Richmond Flat/ $475

There is a small room available in our outer Richmond Flat. We are hoping to find a housemate who has the following character traits:
a. does not eat meat or dairy
b. does not smoke cigarettes or 420 (one of the housemates has severe asthma)
c. works full time during the day or is a full time graduate student
d. rarely drinks
e. participates in house hold cleaning on a weekly basis

Currently, two of the housemates are vegan and do not smoke. One of the housemates is a fulltime graduate student, another is working at two cafes, and the third is working as well.
The Flat is three blocks from GG Park and 13 blocks from the ocean. The new housemate will be able to paint their room the color(s) of their choice. And the Landlord will purchase ECO SPEC paint. Sorry we do not have room for any dogs or cats. Sierra and Chewy, a Siberian Husky and a Chow are part of our household.
