ISO Local SF Raw, Vegan Desserts for Co-Op

Hi, I am a Dairy/Deli buyer for a local co-op in the Sunset. We are looking to expand our dairy and deli section and would like to find 'restaurant-grade' organic raw, vegan and vegetarian products to stock.

Our selection criteria will be heavily centered on 1) organic 2) local SF-based 3) also a co-op? We want to work with companies who treat them employees well.

Some sample items we are looking for are Tabouli, Hummus, Baba Ghannouj, Wraps, Cucumber and Dill Salad, Beet Salad, Wild Rice and Cranbery Salad, etc. Surprise us!!! We are also looking for a line of organic, raw desserts (both nutted and not). Please drop me a note if interested.
