Hi! I'm working on an article that debunks the "I can't be veg*n" myths. So I'm looking for people who have struggled with these myths and maybe used them as an excuse to not go veg.

Such excuses may include:

"My doctor says I have to eat meat"
"Veganism goes against my religious beliefs"
“I can’t get enough protein/I feel too tired/etc. on a veg diet”
“I was veg, but now with so many ‘humane’ choices, I decided to eat meat again”

You get the idea.

Please contact me if you know of anyone who has had to face these myths. Ideally, these people overcame their struggle, but that's not critical to the article.

I would also love to hear from doctors, nutritionists, ethicists and vegan “lifestyle experts” who can help debunk these myths.

Looking for answers by May 16, 2009.

Thanks!

Mark
