Hi folks!

I got this link from Vegan Outreach's e-newsletter -- it's a list of 'I can't believe it's vegan' products -- check it out:

http://www.peta.org/accidentallyVegan/

Vegan Outreach is also a great website to check out for more about the philosophy and reasoning behind veganism.

This reminds me of the great Vegan Basics VIVA! guide, which covers 100's of products and where to buy them at regular stores.

For the online version or how to order a paper copy -

or for the PDF version -

More of their guides here -

I'd also add a list of veg*n cookbooks

http://www.bayareaveg.org/best-cookbooks.htm

The ones we use the most is Peaceful Palate, because it is easy to read, recipes are simple and taste great!

We've also recently become fans of Vegan Vittles.

A couple of the cookbooks that I used when I first became vegan are Tofu Cookery and the Farm Vegetarian cookbook, and I still use them on occasion.
