Vegan Diet for Cancer and Coumadin

I have a tricky dilemma. Last month, I had pulmonary emboli in my lungs (multiple blood clots) so I have to take Coumadin, a blood thinner, daily for six months. Also, I have retriperitoneal liposarcoma (cancer) and will begin radiation treatments on January 6. The warning from the Coumadin lab is to watch how much food I eat containing vitamin K because it will affect the dosage. The cancer folks want me to eat 4-5 small meals a day and I don't know how my body will react to the treatment (nausea and lack of appetite are common side effects ). I asked the nutritionist for some helpful menus but haven't received any yet.

If you have any suggestions or know someone who is trying to stay as healthy as possible while dealing with medical problems, I would appreciate your feedback. Thank you!
