| Tofoo Com Chay | This is a cute little deli style Asian mostly vegan place. Most things are "meats". Pretty good skewers and other items. I have to try soups. Not a lot of seating but they have couple of tables outside. | 2008-12-09 |
| Dandelion Vegetarian Cafe | Cute little place with low prices and good Asian food. Most (all) things are vegan except some deserts. Most dishes are "meat" dishes, so your meat eating friends will be happy. The hosts were really friendly and spend time talking to us. | 2008-12-08 |
| Merit Vegetarian | This is probably the best vegan restaurant in Sunnyvale/Santa Clara area. It has a great atmosphere, the Vietnamese fusion food is tasty, and though the prices are pretty low, it has an upscale feel. I took several of my omnivore coworkers and friends there and everybody liked the food. Some dishes I would recommend are pho, drum sticks, and lotus salad. Also, be sure to try the cakes. | 2008-09-05 |
| Vegetarian House | Great food with good service and the largest variety of vegan foods in the area. The place may not look like much from the outside, but be prepared to be impressed by the large selection of Asian and western foods. My favorite dishes are deep fried oyster mushrooms, mahalo grill, crumbed sensation, and crispy joyluck noodles. I really like the fact that the dishes do not have animal names. | 2008-09-05 |
| The Happy Bamboo | Small little hole in the wall place with good food. Most things are vegan and they have a nice selection of shakes and other cold drinks including the bubble tea. The selection of food is pretty eclectic with several Vietnamese, Mexican, and western options. They also have a nice selection of deserts. | 2008-09-05 |
| Loving Hut | Great little vegan place, same owner as Vegetarian House, but a smaller menu. The food is mostly Vietnamese and it tastes great. Lots of good deserts are also available. My only complain is that during lunch time you are limited to the lunch menu, which is pretty small. I tried pho and couple of other dishes during lunch time. | 2008-09-05 |
