e.g. 721 Valencia St, San Francisco (try and include 'Rd', 'St', 'Ave' etc.)

e.g. 94105
or
STREET AND STREET , CITY
e.g. Hyde St and OFarrell St, San Francisco
You might try adding a comma between the street and the city name, as this often helps to disambiguate complex addresses.
I normally do not understand neighborhoods or special locations. For neighborhood use the CATEGORY SEARCH TAB.
Remember the Ultimate Guide only covers the Bay Area.
