New World recently re-opened after extensive kitchen and nterior=0D=0A=0D=0Aremodeling, with lovely dark cherrywood-appearing tables and refinished floors, and a kitchen at least twice as large as before.=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AI spoke recently  to staff about ingredients in their mock "meats" and after their assurance and showing me ingredient labels I'm confident that they are using only=0D=0A=0D=0Athose with vegan ingredients.  They do have a few non vegan desserts made outside the restaurant and will encourage them to make the same efforts to find great locally made vegan desserts instead.
