This is a pretty new restaurant serving Vietnamese vegetarian/mostly vegan food.  Lots of options if you like faux meats or if you like vegetables.  =0D=0A=0D=0AMerit has approx. 10 lunch specials available (with brown rice available at no extra charge) for $7 + tax/tip.  You can also order off their regular menu.  FYI, if you're a fan of Golden Era (SF) or Golden Lotus (Oakland), you'll enjoy the food at Merit.=0D=0A=0D=0AGoing forward, we'll figure out if once a month to start with, or even twice a month if sufficient interest. Nothing fancy, we'll just set a regular repeating date and time.
