Her cafe is mostly vegan; the exception is raw honey.  Her living foods classes and recipes have been sought after for quite a while now.  The cafe is about 90% raw, 10% steamed rice/quinoa/grains.  Elaina's pizzas, salads, drinks, pates, and desserts are all outstanding.
