On September 21st, more than 80 corporations located in the heart of San Francisco will join forces as they take steps to save lives. This event emphasizes the importance of walking as a heart healthy exercise while raising funds to help the American Heart Association in its fight against heart disease and stroke- one of the leading causes of death among men and women."=0D=0A=0D=0A No previous experience necessary!  Just a willing smile and (com)passion to save lives!  All literature will be provided.  If you know in advance you can leaflet, we can have some shipped directly to you OR we can provide it at the activity.=0D=0A=0D=0APlease, even if you can only join us for 30 or 45 or 60 minutes, it's all very helpful.
