Happy Bamboo is a vegetarian/mostly vegan Vietnamese restaurant. They have the most amazing vegan drumsticks I have ever had. At a recent dinner, 9 folks attended, and 7 had never been there before, but they all said that they loved it. =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AHappy Bamboo is located just off the 85 freeway at Camden (at Branham) in San Jose. Happy Bamboo is about 95% vegan, so that will not be difficult.  =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AHappy Bamboo is a small restaurant so I will need to get an exact count of who will be attending. Please RSVP by 12 noon on the day of the dinner to insure seating with the group.  Walk-ins accommodated as space permits.
