So, why bake a bundt? Bundt cakes not only look impressive but taste great because they have less icing and sugar than traditional cakes making it a perfect vegan treat. However, most old-fashioned bundt cake recipes call for 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of buttermilk or sour cream, and at least 4 eggs, so how do we enjoy a light and fluffy flavorful cake without all the eggs, butter and dairy?
