Between 10,000 and 20,000 attend each concert.  Most of the people walk down a narrow path and cannot help but see any poster/tables that are setup. I passed out 400 guides in just a few hours here, and could have passed out more if I had them! Ideally, its good to arrive 45 minutes before the concert. During the concert, you can just kick back and go watch the music. Then, at the end of the show, its great to either pass out more guides or just leave an information table setup for people to walk by and read or grab literature. I'd love to have someone join me for each event. I will be out of town on July 9th and July 3th and would appreciate someone else to set things up.
