We meet in downtown Palo Alto at the Bay Leaf Cafe (520 Ramona Street, cross street is University).  Bay Leaf offers delicious vegan soups, sandwiches and ice cream, including vegan ice cream from MaggieMudd.=0D=0A=0D=0ASays Melissa, the host, =0D=0A=0D=0A"For those of you who haven't been to Bay Leaf Cafe, you must come and try their yummy food. And you may just meet your new best friend (I did!) or maybe even your future significant other...you never know :) Three days after I moved to the Bay Area a little over a year ago, only knowing two people (who are not veg*ns), I decided to give this dinner a shot to try to meet some veg*ns. Well, I'm glad I went, because I met two people that night who have become my closest friends in the area :) " =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0AThe Bay Leaf Cafe is vegan owned and operated. All dishes are vegan and organic when possible. =0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0A=0D=0ARSVP is appreciated to insure seating with the group. Walk-ins accommodated as space permits.  This event happens monthly on the 2nd Tuesday.  We also have a monthly dinner in San Jose and other parts of the Bay Area.=0D=0A=0D=0AFree parking is usually relatively easy to find and the Caltrain station is just down the street.
