We're there for ~30 minutes, it's pretty easy and the time goes by quickly.  Great way to plant the seeds of vegetarianism and we always meet other veg folks, too.=0D=0A=0D=0AIt can easily be done by 1 person, 2 is really good, and with 3, we will catch everyone coming and going.
